What Causes Nostril Burning With Odor After Teeth Removal?
I got my wisdom teeth taken out yesterday and about 30 minutes after i gargle the mouthwash given to me, my right nostril will burn a little bit and start to smell minty. Then it starts to run sporadically. When i put a tissue to it, there is a slight pink/red tint

I think that you are developing some kind of allergic reaction with the chemical i would suggest you to avoid its use instead use lukewarm saline rinses 3-4 times a day, take multivitamin suplements at home maintain a good oral hygiene, visit your Dentist for routine checkup of the solution.
