What Causes Numbness And Pain In Fingers?
Hi I am a guitar player
Starting about 6 months ago good 30 min into any show I have been playing my thumb ,index and middle fingers get numb to a point that i hurts and i have I hard time working
I also gained some wait due to quitting smoking(could this be a reason),and took alcohol out of my diet completely(could this effect me?)
