What Causes Numbness And Pain In Hand With Stopped Heart Beat?

last night i fell asleep unknowingly next to my 5 month old son and usually if he makes the tiniest noise im up but he woke up screaming and i didnt get up my mom came in and called my name over and over i was unresponsive and not moving she had to shake me to wake me up when i woke my left arm was numb but it had a sharp pain through it. last week i noticed that my heart stopped beating for a couple seconds then started back up with a vary hard thump i dont know what is going on and i am starting to get worried

hello,
Numbness probably occurred due to abnormal sleeping posture. You either had stretched your arm or might have rested your head over hand leading to this. Or if it otherwise also then it can be cervical spondylosis and needs x ray cervical spine and physiotherapy.
Regarding, feeling of stopped beat, its common feeling and most of the times it's not serious issues. You need to get one baseline ecg done and if these are occurring frequently you should get holter monitoring done. Also, one thyroid test should be done.
