What Causes Numbness And Pain In Right Arm While Smoking?

Hi thanks, sometimes when i smoke weed my right arm goes a little numb, i get very scared and stand up and do a few jumping jacks that usually fixes it for a while, i sometimes think its all in my head but yesterday a sharp pain came through so i know its not, should i see the doctor or just not smoke weed
