What Causes Numbness And Pain In The Legs?

Hi, I have been having a lot of issues lately and im not sure if they come from the same thing. For about two years now my legs and feet have been stiff and hurt in the morning and I have also been going to the bathroom with upset stomach with almost everything I eat for about 2 years. I ve been coping with it. About three months ago my lower left back started hurting after standing through out the day into sleeping at night. So I never really have relief from the pain. My legs alternate numbness through out different days, standing or sitting periods. I went to the ER the other day because my whole left leg was numb and weird feeling, they did an x ray of my back everything came back ok. Also for about a year now a few times a month I would have spells of blood in my stool, not a lot maybe a day or so, but in Nov and Dec I had blood in my stool everytime I went to the bathroom for about 5 days in a row. Im trying to figure out if I need to go to a digestive specialist or a neurologist. I am a 26 year old female.
