What Causes Numbness And Tingling In Arms After Sex?

I had sex last night and my whole arm went numb from leaning on my elbows. My whole arm was numb and right now I still feel numbness and tingling in my hand. It seems to be slowly going away, but I'm a little worried I did some kind of damage.

During sex, probably due to some awkward position like your arm or neck getting suddenly stretched, some spinal nerves had got compressed and that had resulted in the numbness and tingling (what we call paraesthesia). Since it is going away, I think there is less cause to be worried as the damage is unlikely to be severe. But still it might be worthwhile to get it examined by a doctor.
