Internal Medicine Specialist, Dr. Divakara's Response
HI
Greetings from Dr.Divakara.P Thanks for posting your query.
Numbness and tingling in hands indicate some nerve damage to the nerves of hands . It could be due to Diabetes which is a very common complication in Diabetes.
But if you are very sure that it happened after exposure to well water then one possibility is Lead Poisoning . In that case you need to get your Lead level in hair tested and if it's high, chelation therapy has to be done.
Hope this information was useful to you.
Any clarification feel free to ask .
Regards.
