What Causes Numbness And Tingling In Hands?

twice now I've been driving to work and developed a strange taste in mouth with smell of urine then i panic real bad. Not on anything just happened all the sudden. Feels like I'm going to die (but never do) and then get numb and tingly in hands and then eventually feelings fade back to normal.

What is this???

Dear weather your feelings sweating and palpitations??? How old are you??? Have you suffering from hypertension or diabetes.

Many conditions may present like that example cervical spondylodis, transient ischemic attack, thoracic out let syndrome, myocardial ischemia, hypokalemia, hypokalemia, and carpal tunnel syndrome etc...
