Orthopaedic Surgeon 's  Response
Dear Sir/Madam,
Thanks for seeking help on your issue; I have gone through your symptoms, and in my opinion, you are having ulnar nerve compression at the elbow due to which your two fingers remain numb. in my opinion it is an urgency for you to consult a peripheral nerve surgeon, who will not only remove the lump, but will also decompress the nerve, and will be able to do biopsy of the lump and start treatment based on the cause.
I hope I have been able to provide you with a satisfactory solution, if you want to clear any doubts about my opinion, feel free to contact.
Special note- Any medication prescribed needs to be taken after consultation with your personal doctor only.
Thanks
