Hi Welcome to healhcaremagic After going through your query I concluded that you may be having a brachial plexus injury due to fall which may a neuropraxia. Treatment of it is analgesic such as ibuprofen for pain relief and Mecobalamine. Probably it will gradually resolve. MRI of brachial plexus may be of use . You can discuss with your Doctor about it. Hope your query get answered. If you have any clarification then please don't hesitate to write to us.I will be happy to help you. Wishing you a good health. Take care.
