What Causes Numbness At The Back Of Neck And Irregular Heartbeats?

I have been feeling lightheaded. Back of neck feels weird (numb). Seems like I have irregular heartbeats that come and go. I did have a stomach virus Wednesday an Thursday and did not eat from last Tuesday til Friday afternoon. Did drink plenty of water though.

Terminalia Arjuna is an excellent herb for this condition, without side effects. Different forms are used : bark powder, decoction etc.

Wonderful thing is it doesn't interact with any other drug.
