What Causes Numbness In Abdomen?

I have severe numbness across the upper and lower abdomen. Numbness began in the lower left side of my back but now my entire abdomen is numb. My thoriatic xray came back normal as did my blood work. A CT scan is scheduled for two days from now. Any ideas of possible causes?

I really appreciate your concern, this could be due to some nonspecific reason and just be patience this would be fine soon, try to relax, low down your stress, be cool, take enough of sleep, stop worrying this may not be due to any disease, take care, have a nice day.
