What Causes Numbness In Arms And Head?

Hello, since Tuesday my arm is feeling a little numb. Went to my doctor on Wednesday, doing a test to see my rhythm and she told me it s normal, probably nerves or stress. Now every day since Wednesday I ve head periods of head aches, not the after-drunk types, but like when I shake my head it s like my brain completely loose bouncing to my skull. This head ache variates from the back above my neck, to the front above my eyes. Now I try not to think I will be having a heart attack as it already gave me a panic attack the night from Tue -to Wedneday, but the numb arm and the head aches are not making me feel comfortable. Tomorrow I have an appointment with my cardiologist, although when he checked my pulse yesterday, when I went to make an appointment, he said probably I m just worrying myself for nothing. Though a numb feeling (it s a light feeling, not heavely nor pain) is not my imagination.. So are there answers I can find here to comfort myself a little more?
