What Causes Numbness In Calves, Diarrhea, Abdominal Cramps And Fever?

HI My 16 year old daughter has been unwell since Monday. Its started with a high temperature and lethargic but she has been complaning that every time she stands for a little while she gets numbness in her calfes. She has also had diarrhea since Tuesday and abdominal cramps. I dont understand the leg cramps. What do you think it might be. I have taken her to the doctors before, as her immune systems seems so low. She picks up every virus that goes around and her attendace at school is not good due to contantly getting temperatures etc.

as per my experience your child is having deficiency of water and salts which is the usual cause of muscle pains as increase body temperature leads to increased evaporation from our body and as a result if children don't drink plenty of water they get dehydrated and develop leg pains. increase the fluids intake of your child and if you see no significant improvement then get her checked up with physician to look for other causes of leg pains.
