What Causes Numbness In Cheekbone And Lips And Black Eye After Accident?

I fell on my face while snowboarding yesterday afternoon. About 30 hours ago. I have a black eye. 1/4 of the white area of my eye is bloody. No blood in the iris. No effects to eye movement or vision. No pain in the eye. Below my eye is a big puffy bruise and I have numbness in cheekbone and upper lip. A bit of numbness in my teeth and gum area on that side. Do I need to go to the ER?

the facial injury has given rise to subconjuctival hematoma. it is self limiting and does not requere any treatment. it will subside within few days. since it has not effected vision and eye movments, so nothing toworry.
