What Causes Numbness In Feet And Lower Legs?

Hi, may I answer your health queries right now ? Please type your query here...My feet and lower legs have had numbness for a few years. I have had them tested with EMG--nothing wrong there.Can it be that living on a cement (slab) floor that is how my home is built, cause numbness in legs/feet?
