What Causes Numbness In Fingers And Arms With Lower Back Pain?

Hello my name is Erika ovalle..for years I ve had numbness in my fingers now I feel as if it s spread to my arm..and my whole arm gets weak..my toe is always numb as well..i sometimes get blurred vision..and my lower back can get painful along with achyness around my lower neck..what does this all mean =/ ?
