Hello,

You are having tingling and numbness in your arms and legs. Although you have not told me your age and what medications you are one, the most common cause for tingling and numbness in arms and legs maybe due to vitamin deficiency and spondylosis. I would advise you to wait for a few days and if the symptoms still persist then consult a physician and have it evaluated.

Wish you a speedy recovery. Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Santosh S. Jeevannavar, Orthopedic Surgeon
