What Causes Numbness In Left Arm, Weakness In Left Leg, Backache And Headache?

I was seen in an ER on Monday. I told the ER that I have had left arm numbness for 2 weeks and then the previous day before I went to ER I notices weakness in my left leg. I have shooting neck pain, headaches, chest pain, and back pain. They did I guess the "norm" blood tests, an EKG, and a head scan, and took a urine sample. After sitting there for 4 hours, she told me the tests they did, they couldn't find much, but that I had high blood pressure, and the found nerve damage. She handed me a stack of informational paperwork regarding high blood pressure and neuropathy. She prescribe me Gabapentin for the nerves I guess and Metoprolol for the high blood pressure. Her total time helping me was no more than 2 minutes from start to finish. I was sent on my way. My pain is getting worse everwhere, and my back pain is becoming really bad. What could be going on?
