Hello,
I understand your concern.
In my opinion this might have happened by a hypotension. You are in the third trimester and your blood pressure is more likely to decrease especially after physical exercise.
Ii would like to know if you measured your blood pressure at that moment.
The numbness on your cheek and the loss of hearing can be explained by the low blood flow to that part of the brain from low blood pressure.
I recommend you to make more rest during this period , because fainting and falling can harm your baby.
Hope to have been helpful.
Best Wishes Dr Abaz
