What Causes Numbness In Legs After Urinating?

My sister just told me that she feels numbness in her legs Everytime she uses the restroom and gets chills over her body. But right after she's done she feels normal. This has been going on for over a year now. Why is this? She is 17 years old. Had a forming ulcer about five years ago but got medication and felt better. She's about 150 lbs.
