What Causes Numbness In Right Side And Tingling Hands And Arms?
I am 89, 3rd stage kidney disease, have acid reflux and diabetic. Now I have severe numbness on right side--hands tingling, arm and arm pit spreading to toes on right side. Feels like a shock to places on left leg and toes Is this all from neuropathy? Doctor thinks it is from arthritis.
Hi, Thanks for asking. Based on your query, my opinion is as follows. 1. It appears to be peripheral neuropathy. 2. Require treatment with alpha lipoic acid and vit B12. 3. Control of diabetes necessary yo prevent further deterioration. Also special footwear to protect feet is necessary. Renal functions needs to be improved. Control urea levels within normal range. Hope it helps. Any further queries, happy to help again.
