What Causes Numbness In Right Side Of The Face And Ear?

Hi, last Thursday my arm started to hurt me and moved up to the shoulder. Then I started to feel numbness in my right side of face and ear, feels like when the anaesthetic from the dentist wears off. Today numbness still there but when I move my neck a certain way feels as though a vein wants to pop from the neck up to back of my ear. What could this be?

Thanks for your question dear first please mention your age and do iu have diabetes or hyperintension if so then there must be a brain related problem you should have ct brain plain to rule out acute stroke thanks
