What Causes Numbness In Taste Buds And Rapid Weight Loss Post A Sleep Apnea Surgery?
I had surgery for sleep apnea October of last year on my tongue and throat since then I have lost most of my most of my taste buds I have to force myself to eat but I been losing weight nothing taste like it use to. is this all in my head or will they ever come back. I am 66 years old and was 176 before now 159 and dropping my wife is worried and I can t understand why. will it stay as is or will it ever change?
Hi don't worry . As your taking food amount is reduced indirectly your weight also reduced. Regarding taste want to know which type of sleep apnea surgery has been done...And The numbness is transient only. it will be alright soon . Take multivitamins ...observe For few days...
