Hi, I woke up this morning and my foot was numb. My foot still feels numb ten hours later. When I walk I feel a vibrating/numbness like feeling in my foot. I seems like some bones might be rubbing together every time I move my foot. What can be causing this numbness/ vibrating feeling?
