my right leg front quad has been going numb the past two weeks when I walk or stand...it s has been getting number faster the past couple of days...tonight it became very numb after only standing a few min. I m healthy, active and walk frequently...what should I check out

Possibility of lumbar canal stenosis is likely as per your description. You need to get examined by a Neurologist. MRI of lumbar spine is required. Drugs like Pregabalin or Gabapentin can be tried. In non-responsive cases surgery may be required too.
