What Causes Numbness In Vagina And Anal Hole?

Hi, I would like to know what to do when ant got into inside my body through vagina. I am pretty sure of it. Since than my clit is numb and double smaller, I can´t reach orgasm, before I only thought about something and I was aroused, now nothing. Also all vaginal area is not sensitive at all. I even don´t feel when my blood is flowing during my period. I went to doctors /gyn., neurolog.,/ and I have been told it is impossible and that it is only in my mind. But I am worry about it because the numbness is getting worse, because my anal hole became numb as well. I had no sex for 3 years. Can you please answer?
