HI,Yesterday while working out I started to go a little numb and tingly in my forearms and hands. My muscles were really pumped in those areas so I thought it could be the reason for the slight numbness. They were so pumped possibly that they were cutting off blood flow I guess. Anyway, is there a certain reason for this? Should I hydrate more, eat better, or possibly just take it easier when working out. I workout frequently and stay healthy, I have just never had this happen before. Thanks
