At night, sometimes my nose goes very cold and completly numb, on some occasions my forehead also goes numb. It wakes me up. I give my nose a rub and the sensation usually returns quite quickly. Do I need to see a doctor, or can I just put it down to another one of things you get when your 54!
Numbness means an absence of feeling or loss of sensation. A numb face can be a symptom of one of many health conditions, including migraine and allergies. But they can also just be a response to being cold as I think it is your case. So,I suggest not to be worried.
