I went camping at bartlette lake this weekend, I am sunburned on most of my body, but that s not what concerns me, I woke up this morning with some numbness on the back of my right leg. I tried to walk it off thinking I slept wrong but it s not going away. What could be causing this? What should I do? I m 32
The symptoms of numbness are related to nerve pathology and need a clinical examination. As due to nerve entrapment anywhere in the course of it may lead to numbness. With simple stretching exercises, you should be fine.
