Hello dear,
I can sense that you are a bit anxious about these things.Precisely, your symptoms of numbness on the whole face and feeling pressure on one side of forehead does not have any localising value for any organic disease. Also, the way it goes on taking a shower and lying for some time and then again returns, also points towards a non-organic disorder. This seems to be psychosomatic in nature. You should see a psychiatrist.I hope this could be of help.
