Hi,I am Dr. Gopal Goel (Orthopaedic Surgeon). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
I had a back pain for about 2 months (lower back that moved around right buttock). 2 weeks ago, when sneezing, I got the pins/needle shooting down to right foot (couldn't tell top or bottom). 2 days ago, the right food has a numb spot on the 2 smallest toes / down the outside edge about 2 inches?
Numbness in you case is probably due to compression of nerve due to disc bulge in lumbar area. For this you need to get MRI scan of lumbosacral spine to exactly locate the disc which causes the compression.
Till then you can take 1 tablet aceclofenac+thiocolchicoside three times a day.
Avoid weight lifting.
I hope it helps.
