Thanks for your question on Health Care Magic.
I can understand your concern.
In my opinion, you should definitely rule out heart diseases first because left arm numbness, fast heart beats, chest etc are classical symptoms of Coronary artery disease (CAD).
So better to get done ecg, 2d echo, trade mill test (stress test) and coronary Angiography (if required).
If all these are normal then no need to worry for heart diseases.
Some stress and anxiety also cause similar symptoms. So avoid stress and tension, be relax and calm.
Consult psychiatrist and get done counseling sessions. Try to identify stressor in your life and start working on its solution.
Don't worry, you will be alright, but first rule out cardiac diseases.
Hope I have solved your query.
Wish you good health. Thanks.
