Hi, after I got up this morning, my lips and thumb and index fingers got numb for a moment, this occurred a number of times today, never lasting very long. I have never felt anything like this, wasn t painful or severe, just annoying. what can it be

Common causes for such tingling sensations are vitamin B12 or Folic acid deficiency and nerve compression. Do some simple shoulder exercises atleast twice a day. Start vitamins supplements. If symptoms persists see your neurologist.
