What Causes Numbness On The Right Side Of The Head After Stopping Warfarin?

I have a history of epilepsy and had a brain bleed last August along with a heart event. Two valves replaced. Was put on Warfarin but now taken off by cardiologist. I noticed today I have numbness on the right side of my head and a little bump. Does not hurt but some people have mentioned I am getting a little forgetful and my speech is getting worst. Have to drain brain bleed and close skull with 42 staples.

Hello
Welcome to Ask a Doctor service
I have reviewed your query, and here is my advice.
You have given the history of cardiac and cerebral disease, (Valvular heart disease, cerebral stroke ) if having these kind of diseases then some neurological symptoms are likely, like forgetfulness, speech difficulty, and other, with the proper therapy like physiotherapy, rehabilitation, symptoms can be minimize, medication have very little role unless it is the diabetes or hypertension are there.
Hope I answered your query, let me know for further assistance.
