What Causes Numbness On The Right Side Of The Head And Frequent Vomiting?

This morning the right side of my head/skull starting from my forehead to approximately an inch above my cranial is totally numb. I ve had bouts of vomiting all week. I have been forgetting a lot for months now and can get lost even when having a normal conversation with friends. Just about an hour ago several red welts have starting appearing on my face and forehead.
