What Causes Numbness On Toes During Summer?

Hi, for some time now the middle 3 toes on my right foot have been going white and numb. This happens a lot in winter but, it has also happened a few times this summer even though, it was not particularly cold and I was not feeling cold. The rest of my toes were ok.

Disc bulge problem leads to toe numbness. Please get the MRI of the lumbosacral spine with whole spine screening.
