What Causes Obstruction In Vision?

I see a shadow spot on the cornner of my left eye! i feels like i have something on my face that is obstructing my vision .... ...it is not too strong when i am out door and not that bad when i am indoor... depending on the lighting levels... i wear vision glasses as well
