Hello Doctor,Just you to know
I work in night shift and have odd sleeping hours.
I am working in a IT company and i have a CRT monitor is that what is creating problems?<Please let me know.

You could be experiencing tear film issues due to odd working hours. There could be a possibility of dry eyes or an allergy in the eye. To start with you can use lubricating eye drops such as Refresh tears or Genteal eye drops, 1 drop 4 times a day for about 3-4 weeks. If the sticky discharge continues to bother you then you can consult an ophthalmologist for a closer look.
