What Causes Odor From Vagina?

Yes, my wife came home with mentronidazole medicine and said that I am doing something that is causing her to have an odor in her vagina. I am currently taking doxcycline hyclate for pain with my testicles. I also take Naproxene. Due to fact that I may have epiditymitis, could this possibly be the cause of her odor in her vagina
