Since Tuesday morning awoke with a pain in my chest on and off , bit like a feeling u get when u have a stitch Bit concerned as I still have this problem , felt like it was improving , but has now started again , ok when resting , when it first started it felt worse when I took a breath in,

Impression: Pleuritic Chest Pain under Evaluation

Investigations: Chest X-ray.
If Required- USG Chest.

Rx- To be reviewed after Chest Xray.
T. Diclofenac will give symptomatic relief.
