What Causes On And Off Sleep With Low Grade Fever?

I am a nanny to a child who has been sleeping on and off for the last 4 days and not eating much. Should I encourage the parents to take him to the dr? They are being very laid back about this and just letting him sleep it off he also has a very low grade fever

Hello. I jusy read through your question. Knowing the age of the child could potentially make a difference in the assessment here. However, if this is not the child's typical behavior and is actually a change, I agree that the child should be seen by the doctor.
