What Causes One Pupil To Be Larger, Headaches And Sensitiveness To Light?

Hi i noticed about a month ago that my husband had one pupil larger than the other.He is having frequent headaches and is very sensitive to light.Today he noticed a hard bump on the back of his neck his neck has been sore for about a week,what could be the cause could they be related?
