What Causes One Side Pain In Throat And An Ear While Swallowing?

Hi doctor I have one side pain in throat and an ear on right side, it s paining while swallowing anything. No other symptoms like cold, fever, illness etc. I am 28 year old Indian woman. I have been taking mahacef 200 mg thrice a day with Avil and combiflam for past 3-4 days. But they have not helped much. Plus I have been doing gagles with warm salty water. Please suggest me any medicine which works best for it.

Dear you may be suffering from pharyngitis with right eustachian tube blockage. Use water vapor inhalation, avoid cool drinks and freeze water, tab. Alday DC twice a day for 5days. Otrivin nasal spray for a week. Tab azithromycin500 for 3days. Still symptoms persisten u need to consult your doctor he will examine and treat you accordingly.
