What Causes Open Pores And Loose Skin After Using Dermaroller?
hi Doctor, I am Swetha, 30 years old. I got dermaroller done a year back, currently I am using tone n glo face wash, Glyco A cream morning and at night Yuguard. But pores are still there and my skin has become loose in those areas and currently I am undergoing hair loss, density has become very thin. Please resolve my issues.
Dermaroller does not alter pore size. Pore size is genetically determined. Oily skin has a wider pore size as compared to dry skin type.
As far as hair loss is concerned I suggest you to take an oral biotin supplement and an oral iron supplement for 4-6 months.
In addition, I suggest you apply topical minoxidil 5% solution, 1ml, twice daily. Minoxidil is a hair growth stimulator.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Take care
Regards,
Dr Kakkar S., Dermatologist
