Hi!

Welcome to healthcaremagic. com.

I have read your query in detail and do understand your concern.

Your symptoms seem to be due to bacterial infection.

Your doctor may prescribe oral antibiotics for these lesions. Oral antibiotics will depend on pus culture sensitivity report or the pattern of antibiotic usage and resistance in your area.

You can apply mupirocin 2% cream twice daily on these.

Tab paracetamol-diclofenac (eg, combiflam) combination twice a day in case of pain and inflammation.

Hope this helps!

You may revert back after 1 week or earlier if you have any other question.

Good luck!
