What Causes Orange Color Urine?

Hi there , I am a 33 year old women who would like to enquire about a few things. Firstly the colour of my urine is an orange colour with an odour. Secondly, been quite tired for the last couple of weeks as well as I have a pins and needles sensation in my upper left sholuder blade. Not sure if i should make a doc appointment but maybe i should?

Hello,

* As per my surgical experience, the issue of orange urine with pinprick sensation over left shoulder blade suggest most likely urinary tract infection secondary to possible gravels or calculus in the kidney or urinary system.

* Initial care with plenty of liquids and urinary alkaliser as renalka or others, later on, evaluation with ultrasound of abdomen & pelvis with urine culture report is mandatory to proceed further.
