What Causes Orange Spots On The Palms Of Hands?
My sister and brother in law live in northern California and woke up this morning with orange spots on the palms of their hands. My sister also has a spot on the top of one foot. Is this a fungus? Where did it come from and what can they do about it?

As per your case history, both of them are having insect bite dermatitis.
My treatment advice is:
1. Do not squeeze the lesions as it may worsen the condition.
2. Apply a mild antibiotic cream like Fusiderm cream twice daily on it.
3. Take an antihistamine medication like Levocetirizine twice daily for 7 to 10 days.
4. Other treatment options are oral antibiotics, oral steroid taken only after consulting a dermatologist.
