What Causes Orgasm Failure?
Hi Doc:
I am 57 years old, 178 lbs, I have intercouse 3 time a week no problem. this week girl friend cannot have intercourse so we try by hand. I get erection and cannot reach orgsam. I do have low testrone, and presently on 5g of androgel (testerone). I have strong desire but cannot reach orgasam . It's been 6 days since intercourse, we have tried by hand 4 time but no luck.What is my problem? what can i eat to help? Thank you

You could not reach orgasm because the girl was new and you could have been a little bit stressed. Delayed ejaculation happens due to stress. Don't worry. It will be alright next time.
