I m very scared right now, I woke this morning feeling I was out of my body, not rught..I ve always been borderline diabetic, always around 120 b/s All this week its been 170 to 280 I m taking my meds. I just lost my job Mon. no money mo insurance what can I do right now?
I can understand your present situation. You must be highly stressed due to unemployment. But at present all that you can do is to minimise your stress levels. I know it is not easy especially when you are jobless and financial crisis always causes stress inevitably. Try to de stress as much as possible as it is not good for your health. Stress increases blood sugar levels too so you need to be very strong emotionally to come out of this crisis situation. Be positive and all that you can do is to pray to God and just go with the flow. Focus on managing your sugar levels and stress too. Good luck!
